About mayhaps

Mayhaps is one of those funny little words that made it into my everyday vocabulary at some point and just never quite dropped out. It’s not exactly a real word, (mayhap is) but it’s close enough that the hidden editor in me doesn’t seem to mind its use.

This site has been around in one form or another for almost seven years now, although the mayhaps domain itself has only existed for just over half that time. It has seen the transition from a rudimentary website, to something a little more polished, from fan site (u2) to a site to post my stories and share my adventures. It begat caughtinalie, where I moved the stories that I had amassed, to separate fiction from fact a little more.

About me

I always enjoy finding out the strange little tidbits about the people behind the sites I visit, so I shall try not to disappoint. Off the top of my head:

• I can stretch my toes. Apparently not many people can do that. I have, however, been compared to E.T. because of this strange talent.
• I love to play in the rain. It’s hard to find people who want to play with me though. Sad.
• I like eating raw potato slices sometimes. They taste kind of good. Starchy, but good.

I also eat raw spaghetti sometimes. Just a few peices while waiting for the rest to cook.
